User Agreements and Terms are subject to change at any time. 

You must adhere to the Xbox/Playstation code of conduct. Violations of the Xbox/Playstation code of conduct will not be tolerated and will lead to disqualification from the tournament and possible further disciplinary actions. 

After paying your Entree Fee you will NOT be able to get a refund. Please make sure you will be able to participate. 

Entree Fee must be paid before entering the tournament. 

Up to 5 business days will be needed to process any prizes issued to tournament players.

You must have a stable internet connection upon entering and playing in the online tournament. Not having a stable connection during the tournament can lead up to a match loss or disqualification from the tournament. 

There will be NO REFUNDS on disqualifications, not being able to finish the tournament or any other personal reasons. 

In cases of online service outages, tournaments will be postponed or rescheduled. In these such cases, you may request a REFUND. If our tournament does not reach the minimum players needed you may request a REFUND. 

You will receive prize money by check. 

Party chats with players during the tournament at your own discretion. We will not be responsible for any problems with any players during our tournaments. If you have a problem with a player, report to tournament admin. 

Hard profane language, disrespectful, and offensive comments will not be tolerated. Any of these violations can result in a temporary to a permanent ban. 

If you wish to bring your own devices/electronics to an event. We are not held responsible for any damages, loss of devices/electronics, or theft of said items.
